I got it from Mango c/o Sunrise Banks. They sent me an email with a link to
download the form electronically.
NetSpend should be sent in snail mail only; at least that was the case last
year. However, you don't have to wait for the form; you can just use the YTD
interest on Q4 statement

啊。只知道屋顶阁楼有那种Attic Fan.

还真的是这样，你不要，Netspend就继续沉默。岂不是要每年这时候得发一个Request
要1099-INT。Netspend也算是奇葩了。
