你这是政治正确到了家庭里面了，被政治正确的环境给洗脑了
家庭里面的民主自由都是有度的。是该老子给儿子洗脑（树立正确的三观）还是该儿子
给老子洗脑，这个方向也是必然的
我会跟娃说我不喜欢奥巴马，儿子要问为什么我就会讲奥黑做了做了哪些错误的事情
但我现在不会跟娃说我不喜欢泥戈，因为娃还小，可能会到外面里不加考虑的重复我所
说的话从而惹麻烦，但是我会跟娃说我不喜欢有能力但不自食其力的人，不喜欢奥黑。
这些话娃在外面简单的话重复没关系。等娃再长大一些我会直接跟娃说我不喜欢泥戈，
因为stereotype告诉我们他们大部分都很懒惰很暴力不愿意自食其力但是会为十块钱枪
杀别人，不熟悉具体的某个泥戈之前尽量离他们远一点 --- 当然政治正确也会告诉大
家stereotype一个人是不对的，去他妈的政治正确。

跟builder谈 offer, + 各种upgrade要求，等他们counter，多要Incentive。不过现在
是卖方市场，builder都拽的很。找个agent可以返还佣金，很多Builder如果你不找
Agent，他们不给你返还。

是这样的。加州的买新房可以联系我。

不过现在是卖方市场，builder都拽的很。找个agent可以返还佣金，很多Builder如果
你不找 Agent，他们不给你返还。

房屋朝向应该改不了的。你可以选你喜欢的朝向的Lot
Upgrade举几个例子：
1）builder给你铺烂地毯，你要求好的
2）counter top 给你升级的grannite 或者quartz
等等
我建议你找个当地的Agent，他们会帮你，起码给你一些现在市场的情况和builder能给
你做的。我在加州，好区的新房都有上百的waiting list，别说谈条件了，每期开盘，
价格升，incentive降。呵呵

好像板上有人说房子好了以后，发现Builder没有给Cable预留钻孔什么的。象这类问
题一般还有哪些？

其实住到新房子里还会有问题的.最好的是曾住过几年的房子,问题已经被第一任房主解
决了,你住进去还是新的.

I can think of three that's highly possible just for now: possible job
opportunities in any kind of private company, much less opportunity of
obtaining government jobs, fighting chance if being singled out as spies
because of being Chinese American ... Essentially, being marginalized
further and further until the next time US and China got into some kind of
dispute. All might end up in some kind of registry or concentration camp.
Chinese American are not American in the mind of America's ruling class.
Your anti-Ivy league campaign only strengthen that robotic, selfish, and
disloyal image cliche.

我的就是MODEL房，6根CABLE全部被切断了，浇水系统搞得很繁杂，
坏了不好修，还有就是他们喷漆好像没有上PRIMER，窗帘是订书机搞的，
BUILT IN的DOUBLE STOVE很不好用，厨房橱柜也不是标准的，有很多
别出心裁的东西，反正看不到的地方，里面都很粗枝大叶，好点的都
表面的。

building for Chinese Americans. I doubt those who are so fixated on Ivy
Leagues would want to participate in that though, since PR campaign won't
revenge whatever wrong they perceived being done to them or directly benefit
their own flesh and blood.

Ivy leagues.
Have you discussed that with your "friend" on the news board and made sure
they are on the same page with you?
From what I can see, the anti-aa campaign to swindle Chinese American has
always used Ivy Leagues as a selling point.
I suggest you go to huaren instead. The average IQ there are low enough for

Just because you firmly believe something doesn't mean it would be true.
This is politics of human being, not some religion. Number from history is
from what's already happened and bears no "proof" of whatever that could
happen in the future. If you are a firm believer that history would repeat
itself, when do you think would be the next time Asian Americans would be
excluded from US or put in concentration camps, and is it going to be
Chinese Americans?

我们那个小区里的model home都不是最好的，我去过其中一个，然后sales说，你看到
的都是standard配置，其他的都属于upgrade. 因为这样可以更让人一目了然什么是
standard.

Your "historic" numbers are from several states including California. Now
you want to extrapolate those numbers to predict what's going to happen to

is history and US history is different from China's history.
