offer已经接受，今天inspection，发现两个问题
1. 层高只有7.5feet，开始有压抑感。实在不爽。
2. 厨房外大概2-3米是树，树后面是别人家的马圈，里面3匹马，offer之前没有发现。
不过今天发现马粪臭，我faint，这个直接吹进厨房。
怪我当时没有看清楚。现在该退出吗？拍我吧。

我当年买房子没注意到背后几十米是养牛场。每到秋天冬天的时候，那个臭啊。幸亏夏

有inspection contigency,不过不知道以马为理由有没有麻烦
原文是这么写的
If it is the opinion of such inspector that the property contains serious
structural, mechanical or other defects and if the repair of such defects
would cost the buyer in the aggregate more than $0.00, then the buyer shall
have the option of revoking the agreement by written notice to the seller
and/or broker representing the seller on or before May, 22, 2013. Such
notice shall be accompanied by a copy of hte inspector's opinion and cost
estimates.
里面好像只写了有结构机械的问题可以安全退出。是不是不用说马粪的事情，随便找个
小问题就可以走人了？
其实还不完全确定要退出，马粪马尿会严重到什么程度？看房子不容易啊。

In my state, within 5 days, one shot to back out, don't have to give any
reason.
more than $0.00, so any defect will cost more than 0.00.
that is true you can NOT use 马粪/ceiling as reasons to back out---but you
don't have to tell them.
