今天查了一下O1的申请，网站上说petition被approved是不是说O1申请已经成了？
On December 6, 2012, your I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was
approved. You will be notified of the decision by mail. Please check our
website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case, including when
the approval notice is mailed. If you do not receive the approval notice
within 30 days, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further
assistance.

人在德州，标准合同，但是seller agent加上一个special provisions “Appraisal
is to be ordered and completed within 17 days of the effected date of this
contract.” 我明白他们是想让我们在17天内release appraisal contingency。但是
从这句话里面他们也没有说如果不能完成的后果啊，还是有默认的某种后果。
BTW，合同里面的financing contingency里面写着我们仍然有随时以appraisal不及买
价的理由推出，所以我们不理解对方加上这条的目的和实际的约束力。
太唐了，不知道看懂没有。谢谢。

这个可以问你的realtor啊~属于职责范围内吧~appraisal一般都是你贷款的银行找人做
的吧~

现在又变成initial review。太奇怪了
On December 6, 2012, the 15-day Premium Processing clock stopped on your
I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER. A notice was sent on this date
explaining the specific reason for stopping the premium processing of your
case. This notice will contain detailed information on further action
required by you. Your premium processing receipt notice contains contact
information for direct inquiries on your case.
