in Ca, Purchase price was $416000, down payment $300000, loan $116000.
Total ......... 6589.24
Refund lender fees.. (1841.99) - Will be returned to you as promised
Title fees ................ (1065.00)
Escrow fees ............ (1382.00)
Property tax ............ (300.25) - Your portion from 5/29-7/1
Homeowners Ins ..... (800.00) - If you would like to change ins. company
please get me a HO6 quote.
June HOA ............... (200.00) -
Extra padding....... (1000.00) - Escrow will refund any unused portions
this look normal to you guys?~ thanks

首先你这里只有Lender Fees, Title Fees, Escrow Fees是真正的closing cost，其余
的支出项是你拥有房产及贷款所必需付的地税、保险等。
Lender Fees包括Appraisal, Underwriting, Tax Services, Flood Cert等，自住屋的
话应该在$1,200~$1,500之间。$1,841.99似乎是高了些，可能还包括了broker的loan
processing fee（$300~$500）。Title Fees中，如果你只需付Lender's Title Policy
的话，则$1,065.00的费用偏高$500左右,除非Owner's Title Policy也该你付。Escrow
fees $1,382在正常范围内。
