Extend side house 275sqft build new bedroom and new full bathroom connect
the existing room to extension part follow the drawing and match to finish
all electric ,plumbing and HVAC work by code all the building material will
use standard material (labor and material $28,500)
Front entrance
Replace the front concrete landing area , stair with new railing ,new truss
and new roofing to change new design (labor and material $9800)
Kitchen
Replace new cabinet for the entire kitchen with Honey maple finish, install
new granite counter top , replace new floor tile ,install all the appliance
and replace the kitchen plumbing work (labor and material $5800)
Bathroom
Replace new bath tub ,new vanity with top ,new wall tile for the bath tub
