reasonable, of course it can be lower if you shop around. the important
thing is the experience of the inspector, and how long he/she will spend.

只能是恭喜啊。我和楼主一个PD，也是EB23，面试完了。可惜面完CASE就回NBC，没给
我ASSIGN VB。。。

the cost is decided not just by the sq feet of the house, but also the age,
house style, etc...
