房子全是laminate 地板，没有地毯。本来一直不考虑有狗的，这个房客貌似各方面都
挺好：，男的在中学做老师，女的在大学做aculty adviser，两小孩，月收入是房租的
7倍，但是有一只5岁的7lb的吉娃娃registered therapy
dog，还没有我家的猫咪大只呢。在考虑是否租给他们。
I have one small chihuahua （7lb） who is a registered therapy
dog and who goes to work with me each day to Middle
School and works with a caseload of students.

MS shorted C shares when the price was above 5, then they have our
government announced 1.4 bln share sale, and drove the price down. They were
able to cover by buying the government shares below 4.5, 10+% return plus 2
% fee in just a few days. They will repeat it again that's why you see the
price edging up. Buy MS, their earning next quarter will be huge.
