This house has solar system installed on the roof. They leased it from
Sunrun, and the fixed monthly payment is $60 (including tax).
If I purchase the house, I think I will have to sign the contract so that
the original owner can be released from the contract.
Does anyone have experience?
My first question is: I do not use that much electricity for a particular
reason. Should Sunrun gives me a new contract with lower monthly payment? I
will call them.

firs thing to think is to make sure if the cost of solar system has been
priced in the house price.If so, pre-owner should clear the contract before
closing.

sorry, I should say solar panel.
They did not buy the solar panel. They leased it. So if I purchase the house
, i will have to sign the contract as well, so that they can be released.

你可以买吧，我当初可以租也可以买，我买了。你可以在税里拿回30%的安装费，电用
不完的全价退给。
我现在平均每个月收入100块左右，当然电费的多少取决于你solar panel的功率和你
用电数量。
这些panel 的寿命在10到20年，比较贵的是那个converter,不是panel 本身。
租我就不知道了
