CFP说贷款的数额比较保险，就是需要gift letter来证明父母给的（钱1个月前给的）
，还有我的2011的W2找不到了。
这两个东西办理需要多久？
offer早上递的，只有7天的inspection contigency，没有loan／apprasal contigency
。我觉得7天之内拿到lender的approval比较紧张，可是我的buyer agent比较push，跟
他说加上contigency他不干。

更正一下：7个工作日的inspection contigency

Gift letter is easy. Your loan agent can help you to get it done. You must
have your 2011 W2. If you can not find it, check your HR or CPA. If both can
not find it either, you have to get it from IRS but it will take longer
time (10 days to 60 days if you need exact W2) and I don't think you can
close your loan on time if in this case:

Please make sure that you can find your W2 before removing your only
contingency, you should protect yourself.
If you don't have issue for the docs, then 7 days should be OK to get
conditional approval for the loan. Regarding inspection approval, it will
depend on the schedule for the inspection company. I am not sure where you
are, in some cities, you might just manage to get it scheduled in 7 days.
