这人很烦，每次都是同样的话copy一下。 他也可以自己google: is TV necessary? Is
toilet paper necessary? 什么逻辑，几千以前的人什么都没有照样活下来。 有些
服务，有些设施不就是为了省时省力，方便生活吗？

照你这么一说，我觉得所有的修车铺都是骗子了。尼玛，google一下，所有的事情都可
以diy，为啥找修车铺修车，尼玛，不是自动被坑吗？
一行只要存在就有存在的道理，当然不能否认每一行里的都有败类存在。尤其realtor
这种门槛低的，里面更是良莠不齐。但是找声誉好的就应该没有问题，而且，不满意随
时换嘛。 我们当时买房子的那个agent就很好，跟对方listing agent很熟，要是没有
她，根本就不可能那么快谈下来我们想的价格，而且，很快就ctg了，这样挡了很多想
拿cash来抢房子的人。
这种情况，没有agent，人listing agent根本就不会把你当个事。

Your contract should be a standard one. If everything is moving smoothly, I
don't see there is a place for a lawyer. However, if you feel the thing is
turning ugly, or likely, find a lawyer to stand by. At least you should know
someone from real estate litigation field (NOT real estate settlement or
transaction) whom you can talk to when it's necessary.

don't see there is a place for a lawyer. However, if you feel the thing is
