Lender电话中解释过,说是我信用记录太短(1年零三个月),mortgage insurance 公
司不给我 insurance (首付10%). 所有搞了这个所谓 "two step" loan.
说是loan的75%是7年的ARM,Rate 是 3.75%. 7年后加2% (caps?). 但下面的"Margin"
, "5.00% lifetime cap"是什么意思就看不懂了。 还有剩余的"15%" (如下的$23,250)
怎么个贷法,什么利率帮就看不懂了。 拜托帮我看看什么意思吧。
