A lot of people think that living room has no privacy so its price is
half of the bedroom. For example, if a 1b/1b apartment is 600, then
the bedroom is 400 and the living is 200.
But actually you will find it hard to find a deal of living room with $200.
Why? This is determinated by the housing market.
If every month you can save half ($200) by living in livingroom, then
everyone wants to sacrifice his or her privacy to look for living-room.
The balance is the living room keeps about 2/3 of the price of
the bedroom.
Normaly for an apartment of $600, the bedroom is $360, the living room is $
240.

学生就罢了，单身的合租说的过去，但客厅住人一直觉得挺怪的。读书的时候有人想住
客厅，我们让人临时免费住几天，但长期的不干，客厅不租。
