房子的disclosure说曾有过minor seepage due to heavy rain,含糊说找了us
waterproofing. 因为地下室有两条纵向的已经修过的cracks,我们以为水是从裂缝里进
来的，既然cracks修好了应该就没事了。Agent说这种裂缝很常见，当时房子还有其他
人抢，所以我
们也没多想就上了。
这几天我不放心，催着agent问对方提供漏水的细节。下面刚得到的答复。
Some water penetrated in the basement by the exterior wall (where the metal
shelves are located) during the tremendous rain a couple of weeks ago.
Sellers have contacted US Waterproofing but the earliest they could come is
August.
Do not know how warranty will read until after the job is done
大家看情况严重吗？看样子水不是从crack那来的。什么是metal shelves?而且还没有
修过，正等着修。真是烦死了。运气不好啊。
