看到settlement charge里，
city/county tax/stamps $3407.. buyer付一半，seller一半
State tax/stamps $3407..buyer付一半，seller一半
两边各付$3407,这么酸对吗？不是应该卖方付吗？

看来不得不接受了，buyer agent没有在合同里写明，seller pay.
The State of Pennsylvania charges 1% of the sales price and the municipality
and school district USUALLY charge 1% between them for a total of 2% (i.e.
2% X 100,000 = $2,000). By custom, the buyer and seller split the cost. 1%
to buyer, 1% to seller; however payment is dictated by the sales contract.
