我们在出租房子，房客的agent在leasing 合约里面加了一条tenant is given the
first choice to buy the property，
然后要求说in the evant of the purchase of the properity by Tenant, or any
agent or assign of Tenant during the initial Term of this Lease,or any
renewal, Owner agrees to pay to pay to Broker a brokerage fee in the amount
of 2.5% of the purchase price.
我不明白这个first choice to by the property是怎么个说法？我们可以选择在他们
租完房子以后，不卖房子而继续租给别人吗？然后他们非要买，我们可以选择不卖吗？
lease期间，他们想买的话，那这个lease算啥呢？
他们搬出去以后，lease到期以后，如果我们再决定卖房子，就不需要给他们first
choice to buy了吧？
同时，这个first choice是一直有效呢，还是一次性？比如说，我们list房子，问他们
买不买，如果他们说no, 那么他们就give up这个first choice了。还是说，等我们和
别人谈好价格的话，必须让他们先决定是不是match, 否则就不能卖给别人？
