G家fresh PhD，月初过了HC，中旬team match上了。这周二recruiter跟我说把我的
offer提交给了Executive Engineering Leadership Team，也就是传说中的等待VP们签
字。本来她说今天周五出结果的，但今天傍晚时候又告诉我要推迟到下周一了。好着急
啊，因为手头只有Oracle的offer，下周二之前必须答复。真心请教大家几个问题，帮
我度过这煎熬的几天。
1. 这周等待过程中问过recruiter几次进展，每次她都说还没有任何update。我比较疑
惑，我以为这个过程是recruiter会跟VP约个时间要签字，但看recruiter的意思，貌似
她也只能默默等待？
2. 我听说这个过程需要多个VP的签字，如果recruiter现在还在说没有任何update，是
说一个VP都还没签字吗？
3. 我想下周一使劲催recruiter，让她去push VP签字。但怕催的太急，反而会直接被
拒。想问问大家有没有类似的经验，可以很好的处理这件事？
4. 我Oracle的offer上面写着This offer remains open until January 27。这是说最
晚答复时间是26号晚上呢？还是27号晚上呢？（之前忘记和Oracle的recruiter确认这
件事了，现在可能来不及确认了）
5. 我之前一直和G家的recruiter强调我必须答复Oracle offer before 1/27。她会觉
得最晚26号必须给我最终结果呢？还是27号给最终结果呢？
在此先多谢大家的指教。回头整理上面经。

在签一堆文件，突然有个addendum写着
"buyers to participate in 1031 exchange at no coast to buyers"
好像是跟tax有关的，但是我们作为buyer为什么要加入1031 exchange呢？Agent不给力
，连骗带蒙的，不想问去问agent。
版上大牛们能否指点一下迷津？

应该是vp定期开会批offer吧，小recruiter催不动。一般都没问题。

就是说你同意seller卖房做1031 exchange。一般这么写的：
Buyer agrees to cooperate with Seller and Enter 1031 Exchange Services, LLC
at no additional cost or liability to Buyer, by executing the documents
necessary to complete Seller’s 1031 Exchange transaction.
1031 exchange：
Internal Revenue Code Section 1031 exchanges allow investors to sell
property and reinvest the proceeds in another property without having to pay
taxes that would otherwise be owed on recognized gain from sale.

签字是比较慢，但问题一般不大。HR push VP的可能性不大。
