If the bill passes, how is it going to affect the people who currently are
on a H1B visa and are filing EB2 or NIW? The major items in the bill (didn't
look at the details) seem to be 1) allowing illegal immigrates to apply for
citizenship; 2) stricter border enforcement; 3) more H1B for companies to
import high skilled immigrants; 4) more low skilled labor immigrants. But I
don't see how it affects us. More quota for EB2, hence the shorter waiting
queue, perhaps?

今天看了一个房子，各方面都挺喜欢的，就是臭臭的，而且全是木地板，不知道如果买
下来以后好除臭味么？

You can paint the wall and sand the hardwood floor. I have a house with
very strong dog urine smell. It is all gone after I sand the floor and
paint the wall. No need to replace the wall.
