看了一下I-bonds，好像不满5年取的话，罚3个月利息。还是Ally的这个比较好。
Ally这个CD可以开好几个吧？比如我今天开一个放30K进去，过几天再另外开一个放50K
进去。因为有可能需要中途拿出一笔钱。

这个不一定的，考古来的“你买的时候fix rate就定了，变不了了；半年后根据当时的
通胀调整inflation rate”。起码现在I-bond比Ally这个还好。
