Can I work with a loan officer first to get the appraisal done? Or should I
shop first, deicide on one loan officer, lock the rate, and then
get the appraisal?
I am working with a loan officer right now and we will start the paperwork
for the appraisal. But I already told him I will shop around to get the best
rate (He's confident to match any rate). Do I still have the freedom after
I work with him on the appraisal?
