看中了一个房子，房主通过relocation company卖房。
我的agent说她不愿意和relocation company打交道。这里面
有什么讲究吗？buyer agent是嫌麻烦还是利益少了?

具体情况具体分析吧。我们刚close的房就是跟relocation company买的，非常麻烦。
就连standard的合同，伊都要改来改去。具体到修理或者降价的时候，it就不说话了，
跟的seller之间互相推诿。而另一个朋友通过relocation company卖房的时候，操作就
很不一样。contract签好之后，他们就不管了，inspection后要修理什么的，他的
relocation company直接就降价，非常痛快。
