比例可以了 但如果是我的话,我可能想了解一下,具体的strike price,expiration date,vest policy(one year cliff,month by month after one year?),离开公司 options怎么办 从开始坚持到10年后的IPO是很难很难的,所以其实想知道如果干给1,2年能得到什么好 处。 当然,这个问题不能直接问,只能拐弯抹角了解。
