我的contract是这么写的,我是不是很容易退出啊？
感觉没有defect程度的要求。卖家很龌龊，还要了我们很多earnest monney
怕出了什么事不能退出。多谢

If Seller is unwilling or unable to repair any defect, fails to provide the
arrurances decribed above during the repair perild or fails to respond
during the repiar perild, buer shall have the right, at buyer's sole option,
to cancel this contract, in which event the earnest mondey shall be retuned
to buyer and th parties shall be released from all further obligations
under this contract.

都是社区/hoa/apt自己的规定把，有house的，fenced后院可以随便凉，种粮食，浇大粪
都没人管

美国有自由的也有不自由管得多的，一般都是有hoa,或者apartment, 真正自己家2英亩
地的，想干什么干什么，还有哥们挖沼气，自己发电的
