• BS/MS in computer science/computer engineering or related fields
• 5+ years' large scale, full software lifecycle development
experience
• Strong Java coding capability, experience in java development,
testing and build environments such as Eclipse, Intellij, Junit, Ant and
Subversion
• Strong experience in Java/J2EE, multithreading programming, Tomcat
and Oracle and working knowledge with the latest web 2.0 technologies
• Experience on performance tuning for multi-tier, distributed and
large scale Java applications
• Good understanding in Object Oriented Design concept, design
patterns
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to architect, implement secure, scalable, high
performance and highly available Java based applications
• Experiences of working with cross functional teams, including
product management, QA, cloud operations, security, technical support, and
enterprise customers
• Must be highly motivated, self starter and proactive when leading
projects
• Development experience with SOAP, RESTFUL API, XML, HTML5 is plus
• Experience with SaaS application development, cloud computing is
plus
