请问买过房子的前辈，怎么才算是buyer有了一个buyer agent?
是不是看房那天,他（她）陪你去看房了，这样他（她）就是你的buyer agent了？
还是,你必须要和他（她）签订什么协议之类的，他（她）才能算是你的buyer agent了
？

他只是你去看那个房子的buyer agent
其它房子你还是可以找别的agent
