去年9月份买的房子，上周收到邮件说可以买mortgage life insurance.好处是:
Death - payoff your loan
Unemployment - make your premium payment if you come unemployed.
return of premiums - 100% refund of youre premiums if the benefits are not
used at the end of the mortgage term.

大家买Life insurance就是用来cover这些的，单独的mortgage life insurance我不会
买。

拿张纸或者胶布贴在硒鼓边上,把sensor挡住就ok了
可以继续打1000-2000张把,包子
