EB1A diy， paper 140，没有efile，打算先不pp，看了网上的邮寄地址是TSC
考古之后发现有人说之后会转到NSC
但是很不放心，因为据说寄错地址可能会直接被reject的
而且我这包装严严实实的，转到NSC岂不是要再寄一次，材料能不能包好就很没有保证？
求高人指点！

搬进这个房子半年不到，空调是前年装的。
空调公司说warranty不能transfered，这是一般的做法吗？
这太不合理了吧？

I just can talk about my case, you need make sure before you send yor
package.
i am in CA, EB1B. prepared by company lawyer. they send my package to TSC, I
pinoted out this thing, they said the package will be internal transfer to
NSC. thne I got the number one week later.
Just for your reference. Not sure EB1A efile.

我是纸质的140 没有efile
主要是材料很多tabs, 我有点担心转递NSC的过程会散架……
