在Sears买的清雪机，大约有5年了。 今年冬天用过一次没有问题。 几天前boston下大
学，把清雪机打开用，发动用的拉绳拉不出来，感觉里边卡住了。 然后换 用电启动，
启动电机只有嗡嗡声不启动。 有知道这是什么故障的吗？

can't not electric start sounds worrisome, but recoil a pull starter is
quite easy. I've done this for my Ariens this year. just remove the pull
starter from the snow blower, turn the spring loaded wheel in one direction
(only one way is right) so that pulling the cord will increase the tension.
then mount it back. check out this video:

绳子还在轮子上。 感觉机器里边卡住了。 绳子拉出10厘米就拉不动了。 机器有电动
启动，接上电，按下按钮，电机只有嗡嗡声。
