I want to call for AP situation, there is not suitable choice for this kind
issue.
Choose 1 for English, then choose 2 to skip instruction, then choose 2 for
pending case, then no suitable choice for AP application. They repeated the
choice for 3 times, then end the call. Any suggestion about how to reach a
person? Thanks.

it should be easy to get a person, but that person really has no more
information than what you can see online. Not sure how you can get that
person to transfer you to an IO.

主要问rate, lending fee, 是否能及时电话找到loan agent 本人, 是否follow up,
经常update status, 这些都是准时close 关键。
