we locked our rate for 3.25% @15yrs yesterday. we need to pay the actual clo
sing cost. today I got another mortgage broker fee agreement form which says
I(borrower) will pay the broker compensation $5844.
the loan amount is 390k. what is this form? is this compensation amount soun
ds right? how can I pay the broker? from my closing cost, that's too much ba
? I thought the lender (bank) pay the broker

作为mortgage broker, 我们从不收取这些费用，建议换agent.

问了一下我的broker，说这个费用虽然表上这么写，但是我不会自己出，银行把这个钱
给我，然后我再把钱给broker，会在hud表中出现。
至于银行为什么这样，我没有问。

broker fee agreement是一个标准form, 上面一般会说谁来付broker commission, 是
borrower pay, 还是lender pay. 如果是您来付, 可以看一下lock confirmation上的
lender rebate是多少, 就知道lender是不是把钱先给您.
所以在问rate的时候, rate和rebate是关键.
