20% 首付, 50万贷款, 30 years conv.
老美agent 返还5000 credit. 但不给现金，只能用在 closing。
我问了几家中国人的 loan officer, 他们做的都是没有费用的，觉得4500吃不下来。
我担心credit会浪费大半，有什么好的办法？如果选银行的，查了一下closing fee
大概有四五千，实在不行就只能去银行了。
请问有什么办法用这5000刀在closing上, 比如能用在首付吗， lender policy of
title insurance, tax, escrows... ?
用不完就作废了

60万的房子，还怕closing cost不到5000？甭担心，肯定不止一万。老美还行啊，谁说
只有中国代理返还来着？

lender policy of title insurance, tax, escrows，etc, etc，这些不就是closing
cost 里的吗？不同地方不一样，放狗搜了底下这个,你看一下心里就有数了：

new purchase, no fee? you sure??
if not, then
title insurance + home insurance + tax prepay to escrow.. 轻松就超过$5000了
