rate没有区别,只是PF以前不做H1-B。去年Sep后也可以做H1-B:

Provident Funding's recent decision to allow Non-Permanent Resident Alien
borrowers again. There are some new guidelines regarding this。。。
Non-Permanent Resident Aliens are eligible for 1-unit, Primary Residence
Purchase and Rate & Term refinance transactions with a maximum LTV/CLTV of
90%. Borrowers must evidence a minimum 2 year history of residency,
employment, and established credit within the U.S.
copy of the visa must be included in the loan file evidencing one of the
following visa classifications: E-1 and E-2, H-1 (includes H-1B and H-1C), L
-1, TN or TC.
