第一次当房东，明天要签第一分合同。看了合同书 （从买房子agent那里拿的），有一
些问题请教大家。我们房子在IL 房租1500块一个月。
1． 如果晚交房租，每天罚多少钱？
2． 支票跳票，罚多少？
3． 房子里多住一个人，要多交多少钱？
4． 房子里不允许宠物（猫，狗啥的）和吸烟。发现了罚多少？
5． 修东西。一个service call tenant先付前面多少钱 然后我们来付？原话是
Tenant is responsible to pay the first $———— for any service call to the
residence unless this is waived by Landlord. 这个合理吗？
6． 看房子。如果他们拒绝两次以上合理时间看房子给未来房客，每次罚多少？
7． 保险。Tenant will obtain a Renter’s Insurance Policy covering Tenant
’s personal property for its full insurable value and with minimum
liability limits of $—— per person and $—— per occurrence, 这个填多少啊？
