已经递offer了,但是卖家要求把appraisal在14天完成,合同上原来是21天,这样改的
化有风险吗?还要,合同上有单独的home inspection和appraisal的contingency,但是
合同最后有一栏说contingency and clauses,原来我的agent让我在yes的地方打钩,
但是卖方后来把那个地方改成了NO,说是因为‘That X is support to fall at the '
contingency and clause' addendum that was check Yes but there is non
therefore I changed it to X at the NO’,大家看看这个有风险吗?是不是他们在
玩trick?
