已经递offer了，但是卖家要求把appraisal在14天完成，合同上原来是21天，这样改的
化有风险吗？还要，合同上有单独的home inspection和appraisal的contingency,但是
合同最后有一栏说contingency and clauses，原来我的agent让我在yes的地方打钩，
但是卖方后来把那个地方改成了NO,说是因为‘That X is support to fall at the '
contingency and clause' addendum that was check Yes but there is non
therefore I changed it to X at the NO’，大家看看这个有风险吗？是不是他们在
玩trick?
第一次买方，实在不懂，请同胞们帮帮忙！

appraisal的时间如果你的银行来得及，你可以随了他。但是，那个 inspection
contingency 和 apprasisal contingency 一定要keep，不能让seller改。因为你压
根不知道 apprasisal 和 inspection 做了后结果是什么。
