要。inspection和体检一样，不是让卖家负责，而是让买家了解情况。

An experieced inspector can help you check and make sure the house has no
potential issues that will cost you thousands or even more later.
When hire one, make sure he is also a builder/contractor. Of course home
inspection should be the first thing to do after you sign contract.
