最近我通过学校律师递交了EB-1B的申请。I-140+PP, I-485和I-765同时寄出。
I-140 RD, March 18th;
I-485 RD, March 17th;（居然I-140的RD还比I-485晚一天！）
I-765 RD, March 17th;
ASC Appointment Notice for I-485 and I-765, March 19th;
我的I-485check也在March 19th被USCIS Cashed.
但奇怪的是到现在我I-140状态还是Acceptance,律师也还没有收到I-140的Approval
Notice.
这是什么情况？我的I-140是批了还是没有呢？我的case在Texas Center

我嫂子要申请公民，google 了相关关键词，第一个出来的就是 immigrationdirect.
com. 网站看起来像政府网站，她就没有怀疑，填了表格，付了 189 刀的申请费（他们
辩称是文件打印费。ORZ）。后来信用卡账单收到，才发现钱不是付给政府，而是加州
的一个公司，这时候才知道被骗了。在网上查了一下，很多人碰到同样的问题。
大家要警惕这个网站。
另，这个明显的 deceptive scam，怎么能常年运作？政府不管的咩？

确定不是挖坑？dot com 和政府有啥关系，又不是 dot gov。另外，骗你啥啦？

我刚上这个网站看了一下。我觉得这个网站没问题。首先.com 不是.gov，你嫂子连这
个也不能区分的话还DIY移民申请？其次，这个公司也提供了服务了，用survey问答的
形式把表上要填的内容问清楚，等于说机器帮你填表了。说实话，移民局的表格和
instruction分开的，instruction写得跟法律一样，比如说什么情况下你要交这个材料
，除非有这个那个例外，一般人确实看得头疼。这个immigrationdirect服务虽然贵，
但也不能算是欺诈。国内美领馆门口帮人填签证申请表的，不也收钱吗？

我觉得，很难告。是你自己不清楚，人家干啥的，不是人家故意蒙骗你，或者告诉你
不实的东西。人家也就是个BUSINESS，就和移民律师一样。只是帮助你办移民的，不是
移民局。那个公司可能也就是帮你办申请公民的，不是归化局。
这比方是，你“申请绿卡，google 了相关关键词，第一个出来的就是http://www.immigration.com/ 你以为是移民局，填补申请了，结果不是，你没法起诉别人。
你要起诉，你起诉GOOGLE，稍微更靠谱点。

首页上端明明白白写着“FORM SERVICES"，就是帮你填表的。
告起来很困难。

文盲多的地方自然有帮人填表的以前还有代写书信的呢
