我找了个lender quote了一下rate，他给了我如下的fee的清单：
Origination $899
Appraisal $350
Credit report $65
Tax service fee $84
Flood cert $12
The rest of the fees are state recording, attorney(includes title insurance,
) pre-paid interest and tax escrows.
请帮忙看一下这些费用是否合理？有的费用像appraisal可以不用吗？
