都是邀请会议。一个是4年前了。邀请函都没留，网上信息也不在了。能不能借老板的
口在推荐信里提。这个要不要在PL里说引用推荐信里话。
还有一个是会议在6月，所以报告还没做。邀请函和受到我接受邀请的邮件还有，而且
提交的abstract已经发布出来了。这个能不能在推荐信和PL里说？

中东富二代是个学生，开着一辆价值8万左右的新车，带着3个同学来看我的房子两次。
说房租没有问题，银行有足够存款。租我房子的理由是离学校特别。
问题：
1）我应该和他一个人签房租，然后让他做二房东，还是和4个人签lease。富二代说他一
个人签就行。他自己有足够的钱。而且有个人半年以后毕业，后半年3个人住。
2）应该多收押金吗？他的收入几乎没有，但是他银行有很多存款。

1. 和四个人一起鉴
2.押金数额法律有规定。有pet, 追加压金。

第1个可以提, mention it in the RL saying "met you at some confenrence", but
you can not claim it as a confenrence presentation.

谢谢，我查了一下，我们州最多2月押金。不过也够了，我的房租3~4k
为什么一定要和4人一起签呢，和一个人签，再让他做二房东有何利弊？

Read those AAO cases. They clearly said you can only claim what happened at
the time when you submitted your case. No credit for what's going to happen.
Especially for EB-1A, which is on the basis of your achievements. Not like
NIW, based on your future contributions to the national interest.

第二个，有邀请函，和接受邀请函，而且我的talk在会议观网已经公布出来了，google
scholar都算进去了。
第一个，自己老板的推荐信，怎么写碰到呢。只不过我所有的邀请报告他都清楚。有的
他得出路费：）
