房子是6月25号inspection，我的angent 27号 已经发了notice给seller,给卖家5天时
间修。还在等seller的report.刚收到title 公司的email 如下：

We will do the closing at 10am but you need to do the walkthrough before you

另外，需要找人检查修理结果吗？
walk through 之前还要做些啥？是不是该问agent要个to do list? Title 公司是不是
该给我个closing fee的清单？
