1.1 Repair loose rail at the left side of the porch steps.
1.2 Repair the moisture damaged trim at the bottom left side of the wall.
2.1 Exterior windows-Repair the open seams visible between the siding and
aluminum clad material on the window at the rear of the 2nd floor & attic
by a qualified siding contractor to eliminate water entry and limit water
entry and subsequent moisture related damage over time.
3.1 Secure loose gutter (above porch stairs) to limit storm water runoff
onto the porch steps.
3.2 Covering-Recommend further evaluation and repair of the roof by a
qualified roofing contractor-Shingle courses are uneven and appear to be
loose at the front roof section (above bedroom). –Space on key way is
excessive and fastener is exposed at front roof next to valley.
4.1 Attic Ventilation-Connect and test powered vent fan is not connected to
power source and test to make sure operates properly
5.1 Crawl space install a cover on the open junction box below the
foyerliving room.
5.2 Crawl space replace where missing plastic moisture barrier is
bundledmissing at several areas in the crawlspace. And extend the plastic
moisture barrier to cover all soil on the crawlspace floor.
5.3 Crawl space-Install missing insulation between floor joists under the
kitchen, and where the insulation is missing
5.4 Crawl space-Distribution piping install additional support for loose
water supply lines below the living room and kitchen.
6.1 Venting-Metal exhaust (for water heater and furnace) is corrodeddamaged,
recommend re-placement of the damaged exhaust to ensure proper vent of
exhaust gases to the house exterior.
6.2 Secure loose insulation on main duct in the crawlspace below the kitchen
to limit condensation buildup on the duct.
7.1 Replace damaged section of ductwork and plastic vapor barrier that is
deteriorated on the return duct in the crawlspace below the foyer.
8.1 In laundry room install GFCI receptacle next to the sink, install GFCI
protection as required for safety.
9.1 Repair the receptacle in dining room where reversed on receptacle at the
left side of the bay window.
