1.现在公司支持办理EB1B类型的green card
2.我的PhD方向和目前工作方向不同，差别也很大；另一方面可以把我博士专业的一个
小方向和目前工作的一些技术应用领域扯上关系。
3. 公司管理移民的官员说，在我申请绿卡的时候公司可以开具一份文件证明给我办理
绿卡。
请问下这里的大侠，在这种情况下可以继续考虑EB1B类型绿卡么？

One of the buyers requests based on the inspection report done by ABC
inspection company was to vent the 2nd floor bathroom vents outside of the
attic space. The sellers hired Eric of RR Construction to direct these vents
through the roof as the buyer had requested in the ROC. Upon inspecting the
current setup Eric determined that the vents are currently directed through
the gable wall of the attic to the outside atmosphere. I will have Eric
send me an email confirming what I have just told you. Or at your client's
expense he may have ABC inspection company come back when it's convenient
for the sellers to confirm this. Eric also added that it is much better to
direct the bathroom vents through an attic wall than the roof because of the
possibility of future leaks that each penetration of the roof carries with
it.
Let me know how you want the proof that the 2nd floor bath room vents
currently discharge to the outside atmosphere.

我准备的材料可以扯上关系，但是推荐信和审稿之类就没法建立与目前工作的关系。。。

欢欢曾认为，厕所要比床重要。厕所上不爽的话，床上再爽也不爽。因此，厕所一定要
整洁，比床还要整洁。

这个是个很容易的活。你就说这点活没有多少钱，让他们自己搞就行。给不给credit看
房市火爆程度。如果非要credit，给个100美元意思一下就行，多大点屁事啊。从roof
排出去是效果最好的。我刚做了两个。怕房子漏，扯淡，哪个房顶上没有排气管道？

这信是说以前有个买家按ABC inspector要求二楼浴室要穿过房顶排气，然后卖家找到
contracor Eric 来做了排气，但不是通过房顶，而是通过阁楼的侧墙，这样防漏更好
，如有需要，可叫Eric发信证明。
要是还不行就叫买家掏钱叫ABC来再查一遍。
这信应该是卖家代理发给LZ这个买家的吧？

call you inspector, apparently he missed it, see if he could go back recheck
it for free. If he says no, ask photos.
I agree you should avoid drill a hole on roof.

自己爬上去看看得了。再说卖家都找Eric证明了，是我的话，相信就得了。

你这个最简单了， homedepot或者lowes应该都有，就是一个铁圈边上有个螺丝，拧螺
丝就会锁紧铁圈。

如果楼主是买家的话，没有必要太担心这个问题。这是个小问题，到attic一看就明白
了。至于从roof走好，还是从 gable wall走好，这个不同的人有不同的推荐。从通风
效果来说肯定走roof最好，有些人不推荐从gable wall走，因为gable wall一般都有
attic的排气孔，有时候排出的气会回流到attic，而且从gable wall一般排气管道会走
的比较长一些，不过也要看排气扇的具体位置。从roof走的唯一坏处是增加一个漏水的
机会。但是安装到位一般不会漏水，如果你注意一下美国的房子，每一个房顶上都有很
多排气孔，最常见的就是下水道的排气孔，大都是从roof上走，很少有从侧面墙出来的。

在这之前要买的房子就是没通风口，阁楼里全是霉，所以那房就没买。现在是就怕
这个房有这隐患，所以INSPECTION公司建议走房顶。卖家开始同意弄走房顶了，现在是
又不想弄了。如果走GABLE WALL有长霉隐患，即便卖家不修，自己也要修的。我的问题
是现在：
是不是可以坚持说走房顶?还是卖家说走了GABLE WALL，反正也通外边了，我们是不是
就没权利提必须走房顶了？ Thanks

got email from inspection company, it is not even go through gable wall, it
is vented to soffit vents!!
