头次买房，马上下offer了，问过agent，说问题不大
owner disclosure里面写的：
2005 removed 18" of water from front of house that was above foundation line
. installed 24" deep french drains across front, 2006 installed new drain
pipes, sealed/painted basement along front
说是从2005 到现在一直没出过问题
但是我总是感觉有点悬

具体为什么呢？
是因为卫生还是其他原因？
这个房子是在高地，本身不是flooding zone上
上次淹水的原因据说是前前任房主nail in the pipe导致的，这个应该不会容易复发吧

看描述应该是敌机有一点问题，通过把水引走一般可以“解决”问题。

对agent来说，你不过户他们的佣金就会问题很大。
