好像没什么不合理啊-你具体要看看每一项理解它的目的。
前几项是银行或者broker的charge，那个每个都不一样，其它都是standard cost.

owner title insurance 和transfer tax 在某些地方由seller 付

可以讲价，前三项charge应该至少减去一项；owner title insurance 应该seller付，
不明白怎么有escrow waiver fee,还有后边的escrow closing fee. 你不要escrow
account吗？应多比较两家lender。

我们做的no cost refinancing 是用lender credit 去cover closing cost.
