好像没什么不合理啊-你具体要看看每一项理解它的目的。
前几项是银行或者broker的charge,那个每个都不一样,其它都是standard cost.

owner title insurance 和transfer tax 在某些地方由seller 付

可以讲价,前三项charge应该至少减去一项;owner title insurance 应该seller付,
不明白怎么有escrow waiver fee,还有后边的escrow closing fee. 你不要escrow
account吗?应多比较两家lender。

借问个问题。大家说的 no fee 究竟说的是哪几项 no fee? 有的肯定是要的吧,比如
title insurance, appraisal.我上次买房听说 recording fee 也一定要因为是county
还是什么的。 transfer tax 之类根据contract, 我们这边是各付一半,都规定好了

我们做的no cost refinancing 是用lender credit 去cover closing cost.
