去年正好换过furnace和空调，所有只知道这个warranty 怎么回事。我换的是TRANE的
提供10年的warranty 但是不是transferable. 就是说如果屋主换了， 这个warranty
就不生效了， 除非再换点钱把这个warranty transfer 到下一屋主名下。
