I encountered same issue.
I decide to prune tree.
But how to prune it?
Which branches should we cut off?
crown reduction or left/right-cutting?
anyway, if they are not pruned, the storm will break roof, I think.

First try to be a professional gardener.

is the key.
anyway, you can cut off all branches close to the roof.
But that will leave the tree very ugly.
