high limb rope chain saw
树枝主干目测大概有1到2个手指粗，使用方法是先把绳子从树枝上方抛过去，然后绳子
连上rope chain saw拉上去几下就应该能锯断，绳子下面不要有人，树枝直落地上。

it seems that the rope chain saw should be ok.
but how high from the ground are the branches you need to prune?
I am interested in making one like the following

这个镰刀工具感觉不安全，竿子太长操作就没那么灵活。如果没hold住，前端的速度很
快的，蹭到树或者房子都容易刮伤。我要去掉的树枝大概在20英尺左右高度，上小巨人
梯用我现在的长竿还够不着。

I had thought of this question too.
but if the branch is high above ground (like 20 feet high), no tools can be
used to do the cutting from below the branch.
