没有买点啊。就3.125, agent eats cost. I trust the agent but still. ..

thanks, my loan is conforming
my question is whether I can get rate like 2.875 without cost
I think 2.875 is my actual rate with cost

then you check the 30 day history, and decide whether or not to wait.

well, I am on 3 percent 5 year arm right now that ends next September.
I do this refinancing since I worry it would be too late if I delay
refinancing next year while feds is going to push up interest rate tomorrow.
I mean how long can this zero interest be kept.
historical rates can be scary to look at. I recall my first rate being 5.875
