我寄相机寄阿拉斯加， 用的是flat rate priority label。
给护士这么写的：
"请放两个照相机到一个medium flat rate priority box。 (free at usps)"
然后我顾客找来了：
因为护士没用medium flat rate box。 运费不够， 邮局不放， 要补钱。
我答应补顾客运费。
顾客回信：
“I just spent an hour in line at the post office to pick this package up
from my job. I used my vehicle and gas to have it picked up, so I would not
have to hire a courier with a charge to the company. Also, it is frowned
on to leave this building during work hours. This is not a way to do
business, the package shipped is far from being a Flat Rate Box. I just
wanted to reflect on all the trouble this shipment has caused. I’m the
customer, no attempt was made to contact the post office and asking the
customer to just go and pay for it is not a good way to do business. I would
please expect a refund. ”

And I have to drop the stuff on time.”
