大农村23万的房子，20% down pay
A. Origination Charges: $750
B. Appraisal Fee: $450; Credit Report: $50
C. Lender's title insurance & Settlement Fee: Cap at $1200
D. Recording Fee & Tax: $775
E. Buyer attorney Fee: $350
Buyer pay: A+B+C+D+E = $3575
F. Owner's title policy: $1150
Seller pay: F = $1150
手续费这么贵？我需要付 $3575。
帮忙看看除了lender返rebate，还有什么可以argue的？谢谢！

都是需要的，价格也合理。

我们这里是：
Origination charges: $0
Title insurance (lender+owner): >$4200
Recording Fee: Attorney Fee: 如果是Notary Fee的话，$55
这还没算transfer tax，buyer就要付大约$7000，是你的两倍。
Owner的title insurance也要buyer付的吧？
