American Express is selling its exclusive Costco portfolio to Citi.
Last February, American Express announced the end of the exclusive
cobranding agreement on grounds that it couldn't find a deal that made
better economic sense. The end of the deal was slated for this March.
For over a decade, shoppers could only use American Express credit cards at
Costco.
In a statement Monday, American Express confirmed that it had sold the
portfolio to Citi. The sale is expected to close in June, and all Costco
customers with cobranded American Express cards will be transferred to Citi.
American Express could earn up to $1 billion from the sale, according to the
statement.

citi买了amex costco portfolio，所以所有现在amex costco持卡人会自动收到一张
citi costco visa卡。
持卡人不需要做任何事，无缝转换。
预计没有hard pull。

新卡没出来吧，你那个不是cobrand的visa卡，可以当普通的visa卡用，用你现在自己
的reward program。
不过从4月1号推迟到6月份，AmEx还能继续再用几个月。

这卡不错，今晚申请一张。我那AMEX卡是1％没年费的，Costco不收AMEX的时候，那卡
就没有存放在钱包里的必要性。Amex 在中国超市用不上。

那个2％不能返回信用卡本身账号吗？不至于要开个另外的FIDELITY账号吧。
Keep in mind that the 2% rewards value applies only if you redeem it for a
deposit in a Fidelity account, which includes brokerage accounts, the
Fidelity Cash Management Account, 529 accounts and retirement accounts.

哪里的消息？我就三张信用卡，fromdom是其中一张，一直都希望账号尽量少一些，好
管理，所以每张卡都很针对性，有我需要的东西。现在能找到没年费的VISA最好的也就
1.5%，FIDELITY需要额外账户的除外。
costco一不用AmEx，我估计把那张AmEx卡从钱包里拿出来放抽屉了，基本很少用。以后
VISA用的多了，现在值得重新找一张好的VISA。

Fidelity 投资账号，可以有无手续费ATM
回中国取人民币也没有手续费。所以，开个账号也没什么。全当免费CHECKING ACCOUNT

挺烦人的看到这些变来变去的，freedom改成1.5％以后在costco能用上本来是好事，但
每年在amazon上花不少钱，5％的reward没了。这些一变，又得换卡，麻烦点，但想想
还是有点值的，一年下来大约有好几十刀reward差别，也弄了Fidelity2％的，要和用
了多年的freedom告别了。

所有VISA都可以在costco用的，我以为四月一号开始，不过推迟到六月了。gas不清楚
，我上下班不开车，不关心这个。只根据自己花钱习惯选一两张合适的信用卡。
还有那个chase freedom的信息不准确，那卡好像不会消失，用户可以选择留在5％
quarterly category，也可以选择flat 1.5％.

新卡没出来吧，你那个不是cobrand的visa卡，可以当普通的visa卡用，用你现在自己
的reward program。
不过从4月1号推迟到6月份，AmEx还能继续再用几个月。

这卡不错，今晚申请一张。我那AMEX卡是1％没年费的，Costco不收AMEX的时候，那卡
就没有存放在钱包里的必要性。Amex 在中国超市用不上。

所有VISA都可以在costco用的，我以为四月一号开始，不过推迟到六月了。gas不清楚

。。。。。But we are excited to report that the rewards rates are even
higher, and so are the spending limits for gas purchases:
4% back on gas purchases at Costco and other gas stations (on up to $7,000
spent per year)
3% back on restaurants and most travel purchases
2% back at Costco and Costco.com
1% back on everything else
But you do have to redeem those rewards at Costco
这卡看起来很不错，不管在哪里redeem reward。
